INSURANCE
We are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND and Sanford.
For those insurances we are not in-network with and services not covered by insurance, we require payment upfront.
However, we can print a Superbill/Receipt for you to be able to submit to your insurance yourself. We can not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance.
